What can we do for you?
One to One Support
We offer individual support for carers. at our drop-in held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am - 1.00pm. No appointment is necessary, just come down to the centre during the hours of the drop-in and one of our Carers Support Workers will be able to help you.
We are also able to offer support and information over the telephone via our Carersline on 024 7663 3788, between 8.30am and 4.30am Monday to Friday.
Some examples of questions you may have are:
- Where can I get help for my Mum to get in and out of the bath?
- I am tired! Can I get a break from caring?
- Where can I find out about holidays for myself and the person I look after?
- I can no longer cope with the care of my partner on my own, can you help me to find some extra help?
- I need someone to listen to me
- Is there any financial support I can get to help me look after my son?
