Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened awareness, where you are able to open your mind to beneficial suggestions and where you can make use of your imagination to help make positive changes in your life. Hypnosis can be used for a variety of situations. Hypnotherapy may help with any problem you are finding hard to handle on your own.

Pam Morgan is able to offer Hypnotherapy to carers at The Carers Centre every Tuesday. For an appointment or for further details please contact the Carers Centre.

Pamela Morgan PDC Hyp MBSCH, Clinical Hypnotherapist trained with London College of Clinical Hypnosis and full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. In my private practice I treat many people for issues such as stop smoking control their weight, fight fears and phobias, performance anxieties, insomnia, to name just a few. At the Carers centre I predominantly help people with relaxation and state of mind, hoping to help them to cope better with their anxieties and worries, changing their behaviour and thoughts to help them work positively toward their goals and desires. Hypnosis is a very pleasant experience for most people, just like floating off into a dream whilst remaining totally in control and safe. For more information about what issues can be addressed please see my web site.

In practicing I abide by the code of conduct laid down by the BSCH and offer a completely confidential service, whilst adhering to the ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy laid down by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
